Ballerina Costume

I don't have the pictures of my daughter as a ballerina and I didn't take photos of how it was done when she was a ballerina but every year I am asked how to make a tutu... and I never seem to get it done. This year is different! I have finally posted full step by step directions of How to Sew a Ballerina Tutu Costume. The directions allow for a full sized adult male "ballerina" (it's a great silly sight at a Halloween party) or a baby in a stroller. Halloween costumes are fun to make and no one is judging your work so jump in and have fun!
