I don't remember a season with fluctuating temperatures like we have been having in my neck of the woods. Everyone I've talked to is holding out a couple of sweat shirts and winter outfits for the cold evenings and wondering how to dress everyday. The weatherman's rating must be us considering you have to tune in in order to get dressed! A shrug is the perfect solution for bare shoulder dresses when the weather turns to winter or fall temperatures and you were counting on it being hot out. Make a couple in basic colors to have on hand... "just in case" is a good reason to sew!
