Reusable Gift Wrap

By December 10, 2012

Did you stock up on holiday print fabrics at the end of season sales last year? I love those sales and I've seen some early sales this year that come close to clearance prices... and there are always those 50% off coupons. Use that stock of holiday Prints to make reusable gift wrap! I've included all the popular gift box sizes so you can still box things up ... but save the boxes so you can use those again too.

I have been making gift bags for two years now. Use inexpensive brightly colored material and make them specifically for gifts, so they are the correct size. I ask family members to give them back if they are not recycling them, and my stash has grown every year. it’s a great way to conserve, and a yard of reusable material makes a dozen or more bags! I I use ribbon for the drawstring.

Love it! My family found my stash this year and they were all under the tree… and packed away with the boxes to use again next year.
