In my newsletter last week, I talked about my new addiction to exercising. We have a lot of exercise equipment because when we quit smoking we used our cigarette money to buy exercise equipment. The only problem is that you can't always find exactly what you want. I want wrist and ankle weights that my wrist can handle since it had surgery rather recently. Everything I found was at least five pounds each and cost a fortune so I decided it was time to make my own in the weight I wanted. This line of thinking also allows me to build up gradually, which is the way I like it and the way I am achieving my goals.
