If you sew, odds are that you have a ton of fabric scraps that must be big enough for something. I've made patch work coats with nylon scraps... using a crazy quilt design and then cutting out the front panels of the coat but my favorite way to use up nylon scraps is to make yard flags. I am working on a new spring flag... maybe if I put it up during the next blast of snowy weather, I can scare the snow away.
