Who would have thought, when I was learning to sew, that there would be a contest for prom clothes made from Duck Tape™ with $5000 scholarships being awarded... not me! I'm game for almost anything that keeps introducing sewing to every generation! I hope the winners are seriously considering a career in fashion with the creativity that is shown in ever entry.
I apparently missed the boat when these creations were unveiled... and I bet I'm not the only one. In 2004, 324 couples from 43 states and Canada participated in the Stuck at Prom™ Scholarship Contest. Duck Tape™ Club-- Contest Winners is a MUST visit for any one who enjoys being creative.
You won't want to miss seeing Ducktivities to learn that even a hammock can be made from Duck Tape™.
Maybe men will be more generous with roses for women in their life if they read the directions to make roses out of Duck Tape™. A corsage made with the "Duck™ Tape Breed" Rose is bound to last a long time.
Make A Duck™ Tape Trick-or-Treat Bag for Halloween may be listed as a Halloween bag but I would bet it would be durable for a lot of uses.
