  • Fabric Scraps - 7" circles for wide mouth jars, 6" circles for regular mouth jars
  • 1/4" wide elastic scraps 6-8" long
  • Thread
  • Optional- ribbon and narrow lace or edging trim.

  3. Trimming the Edges of the Circles
  4. Marking for Even Distribution of the Elastic
  5. Attach the Elastic
  6. Adding a Ribbon
