Center the piece of fabric on the inside of the sweat shirt front.

Repeat for where you want other designs.

Stitch around the tracing of your design.

Make another row of stitching 1/8" from the first row.

Trim the fabric edges to near the design edges.

Use the print on the fabric to create your quilting effect or draw lines to follow.

Always make a second row of stitches 1/8" from your first row of stitches or use a wide satin stitch.
