Free Pattern and Directions to Sew a Fabric Bag with Fabric Cord Twisted Handles

• Finger press the fold line in the bottom of the body of the bag and the lining piece.
• Fold (one side at a time) so the side seam lays directly on top of the bottom fold and the seam is at the bottom corner.
• Measure 2 1/2" up from the seam corner.
• Sew perpendicularly across the seam, 2 1/2" up from the corner as shown in the photo.
• Repeat for both corners of the bag and both on the lining.
• Press all sewn seams
