An Easter Bag to Collect Eggs at an Easter Egg Hunt

A bag works so much better than an Easter basket, to collect Easter eggs at an Easter egg hunt. This bag will even stay open enough for the eggs to land in the bag.

Materials Needed

• 1/3 yard of 60" wide sturdy fabric such as canvas, duck or broadcloth.
• Cardboard, lightweight plywood, Plexiglas or other material for the bottom base of the bag
• Easter Machine Embroidery Designs OR Easter Appliques and miscellaneous trims and scraps for applique decorations
• Thread
• Optional: 1 yard 1" wide web strap (or follow the directions for a self fabric version)
• Sewing Machine
