• With right sides together, fold under one 5 1/2" edge
• On the folded edge. measure and mark 1 1/2" in from the raw edges.
• Stitch from the mark to the hemmed edge (1/4" from the raw edge) as shown in the above photo.
• Trim to 1/4" seam allowances.
