- Turn in one end of the bias tape to enclose the raw edge and end of the pouch.
- Press.
- Align the folded end with the bottom of one side edge, working up the side to enclose the side of the pouch in the bias tape.
- Decide how long you want the "necklace" to be and fold in the other end of the bias tape.
- Enclose the second side of the "pouch" ending at the bottom of the pouch with the second end of the bias tape.
- Baste or pin the bias tape in place.
- Sew the bias tape from one end to the other.
- Trim the threads and enjoy.
