Sew the Hook & Loop Tape in Place

Sew the hook & loop tape to the folded fabric at the center of the front and the center of the back, 1 1/4" down from the fold line. Stitch the edges of the tape in place.

  4. Cell Phone Pocket & Top Edge
  5. Sew the Hook & Loop Tape in Place
  6. Attach the Bottom of the Pocketbook
  7. Attach the Strap & Top Stitch The Top of the Casing
  8. The Lining
  9. The Elastic
  10. Sew in the Lining
