  • Bring the other end of the outer fabric to the zipper, keeping right sides of the fabric together.
  • Line the zipper up with the center and so the ends of the fabric will line up with the first side of the fabric that is attached to the zipper.
  • Sew the zipper in place the same way you stitched the first side.
  • Bring the lining to the top, keeping the right sides of the lining together as shown in the photo, lining up the edges as you did the outer fabric.
  • Stitch the lining fabric in place.
  • Apply a seam finish to the raw edge.
