Materials
- Two 15" circles of fabric -- You can use lining for one layer but remeber that it will show at the top of the purse.
- 1 to 1 1/4 yards of ribbon, chain, cord, braid or similar item to use as a drawstring and handles.
- 15" or larger circle template
- Scissors
- Thread
- Sewing machine with buttonhole capabilities
