  • Place the two pieces with right sides together and match the seams. Sew the curved edge. Press open.
  • Repeat the bias covering for the seam allowance.
  • Using the double fold bias tape, encase the raw edge of the hat. Sew in place.
Tip: Double folded bias tape is a bit narrower on one side. Sew with the shorter side on the top and you will always catch the tape on both sides. Bias Tape Tutorial
