Here's a very simple project that will use up your fleece scraps and keep your face warm in the bitter winter cold.
- Cut a 12" by 22" piece of fleece - stretch in the 22" length of the fabric
- Match the 12" edges with wrong sides together, stitch along the 12" edge using a 1/2" seam. Serge or zig zag the seam allowance.
- Serge or zig zag the raw edges of the tube. Fold each edge under 1/2" and top stitch in place. It is best to use a stretch stitch or narrow zig zag for the top stitching, to prevent popped stitches.
