Sew the Top Bands

• Fold right sides together on the length of the interfaced strips. Sew 1/2" seams on the narrow ends.
• Sew hook and loop tape to one side of each band, sewing through only one layer of fabric.
• Trim seam allowance and turn right side out. Press. Baste raw edges together.
