- Clip at curves and turns so the fabric will lay smoothly when turned right side out. Clip just to the stitching without clipping the stitches.
- Turn the fish right sides out.
- Push all seams out to the edges of the fish. Tools to Push Corners
- Turn usnder the edges of the "leave open" area, to match the seam allowance. Finger press the seam to the inside of the fish.
- Stuff the fish, dding a small amount of cat nip to the center of the fish.
- Use a slip stitch to close the opening.
- Tie a length of narrow ribbon around the indent for the tail of the fish. Thread a bell on to the ribbon and knot the ribbon to hold the bell in place. Tie the ribbon in a bow and secure the bow by knotting or sewing in place.
