Assemble the Body of the Christmas Stocking

Seams of the body of the stocking sewn and a zigzag seam finish applied.

• Optional: Embroider, embellish or appliqué the stocking front.
  
  
• Place the stocking wrong sides together and pin in place, leaving the top of the stocking open.
  
  
• Sew the 1/4” seam, leaving the top open. (See How to Sew a Seam for more information.)
  
  
• Apply a seam finish.
  
  
• Press and turn right sides out.
