- Place the stocking top inside the stocking, wrong side of the stocking to right side of the top piece.
- Align all the edges with the top of the stocking and match the seams.
- Pin in place, matching the side seams and stitch.
- Apply seam finish, press and turn top to the outside of the stocking.
