Fabric Pompoms and Spots for a Clown Costume

Two or three pompoms down the front of the costume help convey a clown costume. These can be done with fabric that is left over from your clown collar and cuff ruffles.

• Fabric - Cut a length of fabric strip, half the width of what you cut for your ruffle by the width of the fabric . Clown Collar and Cuff Ruffles
• Trim to match the decorative edge sewn for a Clown Collar and Cuff Ruffles
• Strong thread for gathering
• Hand sewing needle
