  • Sew an running stitch around the open in the bottom of the head piece.
  • Stuff the head.
  • Pull the threads to close the opening and stitch closed.
  • Use embroidery thread to hand sew a triangle nose at the top of the pointed area of the face. Draw a thread from the base of the head up to where you want one eye. Make a stitch, drawing the needle over to where you want the other eye. Bring the needle back down to the base of the head, drawing the thread to "pull in" the eye places. Glue eyes above the eye stitches, with the bottom of the eye resting on the created dent.
