• Apply basting stitches or zig zag over dental floss, in the seam allowance to use to gather the ruffle.

Be sure you are using quality thread that will not break when you are gathering the fabric.

• Cut the Ruffle Fabric
• Step 2- Fold, Press & Baste Edges
• Step 3 - Apply Gathering Stitch
• Step 4 -Mark & Distribute
• Step 5 - Gather & Pin
• Step 6 - Sew & Prepare
