  • Using a 1/4" seam allowance, seam together the two 6" by 45" stripes on an 6" edge. Press the seam open.
  • Fold wrong sides together to form a 3" by approximately 90" strip. Press folded edge to form a sharp crease.
  • Beginning at the end of the strip, mark the raw edge every 1/2"
  • Fold the strip on the second mark, bring the folded edge to the 4th mark, folding the 3rd mark under.
  • Press, creating sharp creases.
  • Repeat until you reach the end of the strip.
  • Stitch pleats into place near the raw edge and press.
