- Sew a row of basting stitches 3/8" from the top edge.
- Fold the top inward along the row of stitching, matching the wrong sides of the fabric.
- Turn under again.
- Press well!
- Pin in place
- Sew along the inner folded edge leaving an opening to guide the elastic through the casing.
