Sew a Curtain Valance with Scallop Edges

• Press under 5 1/2" on the top of the valance.
• Press under 1/2" on the raw edge.
• Pin the hem in place.
• Sew a straight line of stitching along the hem edge.
• Sew a second line of stitching, 3" from the top folded edge of the valance.
• Press well and hang.
