- With the wrong sides of the fabric together, align all the edges.
- Top stitch along the edge that attaches the towel.
- Baste the top edges together along the very edge.
- Enclose the top raw edges with the bias tape, leaving the ends of the bias tape raw because they will be enclosed later.
