You will need:
- Fabric - 2 strips cut 7" by 41" - If using a light weight fabric, back the fabric with craft weight fusible interfacing.
- Vinyl - soft and pliable, available at most sewing stores - cut to 7" by 3.5"
- Bias tape - 4 yards of 1/4" wide double fold.
- A plastic tube hanger and a saw to cut it.
- 5" of Cord elastic
