  • Following the diagram, mark a line for the bottom of the top pocket, 7 1/4" from the top raw edge of the fabric. Make a total of 9 lines, 4" down from each previous line.
  • Attach bias binding to one 7" edge of each piece of vinyl
  • Place the bottom of the vinyl on a line. Lay bias binding on top of the unfinished edge so that it will attach the vinyl and close the bottom of the pocket. Stitch the bias binding down. I used a double needle for this to make sure I caught the vinyl and to offer each pocket a steadier bottom.
    You may want to add tops flaps of vinyl on order to close a pocket of small items such as one for bobbins.
