- Press the bottom of the skirt flat.
- Sew a line of stitching 1/8" from the edge of the bottom of the skirt.
- Press the bottom of the skirt up along the stitching line, to the inside of the skirt.
- Press under again, to enclose the raw edge.
- Top stitch or slip stitch the hem in place.
- Press the skirt and hand it over to a young lady and her fashion doll for hours of fun playing dress up.
