  • Carefully sew the cut out pattern together on all edges except the bottom of the head. Pivot at all turns. Clip and trim seams. Turn right side out.
  • Stuff the head, taking care to firmly stuff the antenna and top of the head. Before you completely stuff the head, baste the bottom of the head seam, leaving an opening in the middle of the curved seam, just big enough to complete stuffing the head (approximately a 2" opening in the middle of the bottom curved seam). Complete stuffing the head and close the opening.
  • Place the head on top of the red circle, aligning the center of the bottom curved seam on the head to the center of the red circle at the center of the bias tape.
  • Snip the seam on the head to allow the edge of the head to align with the edge of the red circle. Hand baste the head on to the red circle to hold the head in place when you sew it.
  • Sew the head on to the circle
  • Partially open the zipper on the red circle so that you will be able to turn it right side out after the circles have been sewn.
  • With right sides together and the head inside the sandwich, place the black circle on top of the red circle and align the edges.
  • Sew the layers together.
  • Zig zag the seam allowance.
  • Turn right side out. Press.
