Recycled Denim Jean Purse
How long did it take you to sew the project?
I have sewn most of my life, clothes, crafts, etc. I enjoy sewing crafty gifts more than anything, that's why I like your site the best. Always something new to try.
It only took me about 2 hours to make this purse, it was easy and fun
Tips and Tricks
- Fun to make
- Added 1 zipper pocket to one side
- Added 1 open pocket to other side of lining.
- Purchased jeans with the embellishment already on them, but you could iron on any that you like.
- Used a magnetic snap closure on the lining before sewing lining to outer piece.
- Use your imagination and have lots of fun
- Made one out of a pair of shorts, but did not like the size, it ended up very wide and not very deep.
