Neck cool wraps.
How long did it take you to sew the project?
I've been sewing for many years and this project is great for using scraps and in the end you have a useful item. They also sell well at craft shows. The picture shows them folded in half. The neck cool wraps are great for our servicemen and women in the Far East or for anyone working outside in the heat.
