Materials needed:
  • A scrap of heavy duty fabric such as denim, canvas or upholstery fabric. Cut to 17" by 27"

  • Approximately 1 yard of cord or ribbon

  • 2 -27" strips of 1/4" wide elastic

  • Thread

  • Sewing machine

All directions use 1/2" seams

  1. Gather Your Materials
  2. Cut, Mark & Hem
  3. Turn Up one Edge
  4. Attaching the Elastic
  5. Part 5
  6. Attach Ribbon
