Free Pattern and Directions to Sew a Fabric Bag with Fabric Cord Twisted Handles

• Place the fleece on the wrong side of the 15" by 21" piece of fabric. Align all edges and baste together if desired. Treat this layered fabric as one piece for the remaining directions.
• Fold the 21" length in half to create a 15" by 10.5" rectangle.
• Using a 1/4" seam allowance, sew a seam in both 10.5" edges.
• Trim the folded corner seam.
• Press the seam open.
• Apply a seam finish to the seam allowances.
• Fold the lining piece and sew it as you did the body of the bag.
