• A fat quarter or 1/2 yard of 45" wide fabric
• 1/4" wide elastic
• 9" of strong ribbon (1/2" wide works well)
• thread

• Use a fat quarter or cut a 14" by 22.5" (or half the width of the fabric)piece of fabric
• Cut two 8" pieces of elastic

• Materials & Cutting Directions
• Sew the Casing
• Insert Elastic
• Sew the Side Seam
• Attach the Hanger
