  • On the curved end of one of piece E, sew the hook side of the hook & loop tape to the end.
  • Trim the hook tape to match the edges of piece E
  • Placing wrong sides of the fabric together, aligning the edges, stack the two E pieces and baste the edges close to the edges of the fabric.
  • Sew bias tape to the long sides and curved edge, leaving the short straight edge without bias tape.
  • Find the center of one end of the quilted Piece A and baste the tab, with the hook tape side up, to the center of piece A, sewing close to the edge.
  • On the opposite end of quilted piece A, sew the loop tape section of the hook and loop tape.
