- Cut two 12.5" circles (Use a template such as the fast2cut Templates - Foolproof Circles, an Embroidery Hoop, or a kitchen plate or pan. The circles should measure 12 1/2" across the center of the circle.)
- Cut one rectangle 19 1/2" by 35"
- Gently melt the ends of the webbing with heat to stop the webbing from raveling.
