• Measure and mark 3" from the top of the bag.
• Cut the top of the bag at the 3" mark.

• Zipper Sections
• Sides and Bottom Section
• Attach the Sides and Bottom to the Sides
• Cut the Bag Top
• Prepare Bag Top
• Bag Lining
• Attach the Straps
• Reattach the Top Section
• Final Top Stitching
