How to attach the inside to the outside of a durable fabric binder cover.

Attaching the Inside & Outside

  • Placing the right sides together, lay the inside flap pieces on the outer cover, lining up the outer edges. Be sure the pockets are at the bottom if you have added any outside details.
  • Sew the inside flaps to the outside cover, using a 1/4" seam.
  • Trim any seam allowances if necessary and zigzag the seam allowances.
