A hooded bath towel is a staple for infants and toddlers. You can never have too many of them! This project makes an excellent gift, or can be used your own bathroom to coordinate with your décor.

Supplies needed:

  • 1 bath towel
  • ½ yard of contrasting fabric - Or pre-made binding, and fabric scraps for appliqué.
  • Thread
  • Fusible Web/ for appliqué (optional)

      Pre-wash all fabric.
This can be made with any sized full bath towel. As with everything made for children, think safety. Use a small stitch length, sew all appliqués and binding securely. Towels are washed frequently and need to be sturdy.
