• Using the measurements on the cutting chart or finding a placement that is comfortable for you, place the straps an even distance from the side seams.

• Test for even placement by refolding the bag matching the side seams.

• Gather and Prepare the Materials
• The Side Seams
• Finish the Upper Raw Edge
• Finishing the Top of the Tote Bag
• Optional Squaring on the bottom of the bag
• Strap Placement
• Sew the Straps to the Tote bag
• Finish the bag.
