I love the smell of clothes and linens that have dried on a clothesline! Saving on the power bill is another great reason to line dry your laundry.

Materials you will need:

  • A plastic tubular clothes hanger (The type which is sold at 10 for a $1 in most department stores)
  • Fabric For the pattern you will make (nylon or durable fabric such as canvas)
  • Double fold Bias Binding tape
  • Thread
  • Sewing machine
  • Newspaper or paper large enough to draw the pattern
  • Ruler, yard stick
  • Print out of template for the hand and clothes pin opening
