Tuck in and enjoy new versatile potholders.

Will you be making this project again?

I will be making these potholders to match my kitchen re-decoration.

Would you recommend this project for a beginner?

This was such an easy project, my novice daughter is making them with me.

What project you are sharing?

Simple Potholder

How long did it take you to sew the project?

I have been sewing on and off for 25 years. My daughter just started sewing in the last 6 months. It took me about an hour to complete this project from cutting, quick quilting the towel scraps, to final thread snips.

Tips and Tricks

  • Use a small straight stitch to have tight hems.
  • Use a medium weight fabric for good wear and tear.
  • Layer 2 or 3 towel scraps, depending on amount of loft you want.
