What is your satisfaction level with this machine?
Extremely satisfied! It is a great machine. I take it in once a year or every two years to be cleaned and serviced. It was the top of the line when I bought it. It does automatic buttonholes, too, which I love. I think it is very important to take it to the dealer you buy it from to have it serviced periodically.
Advice
- Brothers and Babylocks are just alike - I can use the embroidery software from Brother or Babylock. I think the Brothers at the top of the line sew quietly and smoother than the less expensive ones, but I have had friends who use the embroidery machines from Walmart and love them except their hoops are 4x4 instead of 5x7. And the newer Brothers at the top are larger than that. Also, my embroidery card and software came with the machine.
